P1+2- 06/01/16

Most of these pictures will be used for the FOH display which I need to start.
During the lessons I will work on the collage, legal and front page including the legal info provided by the license. I will also start the FOH display.
In the rehearsal this morning I took more pictures.
Tonight I'm going to photograph the Electrics.

The Programme

The basic layout of the programme using the useable pictures has led to several pages with titles, photos but no content. This will need to be sourced and added. All the pages for the programme are now in a InDesign document. Tomorrow I will see if Mr Hawkins likes this.

These pages just need content.

These pages need more skating pictures that are being taken this week.

Headshot Research/Trials

Today I took some headshot tests to see how the all cast shots will look in the programme to define the style. I'm seeing Mr Hawkins period 1 tomorrow where we need to arrange a date for these shots.

Large Group (Gangs)

Smaller Groups (Gangs/Friends)

Single Headshot (Principals)

Relaxed/Funny smaller groups (Gangs)

Posed 'Character' Group Principal Shot 

I will consult with Mr Hawkins tomorrow which 'style' we will use for the whole cast Gangs and the principals.

Prep for Meeting With Mr Hawkins Tomorrow

I sent the following email to Mr Hawkins before out meeting tomorrow:

This is the list you asked for:

1.       Order magnets and key rings this week 

2.       Order FOH furniture 

3.       Finalise programme information

4.       Organise Headshots ASAP (will be a quick few lunchtimes or after school)

Also the get in on Saturday the 7^th  Feb I’ll be working so I won’t be able to come, but Sunday I can.

• Technical schedule is in the making and needs our input 
• In Producer/Director meeting yesterday:

1. Rehearsal schedule finalised
2. Field will be prepped for Starlight next week
3. Tickets released today to friends and family 
4. Starlight lounge and bar will happen- I need to order the furniture 

Magnet Graphics

Using the spec size of the magnet I created the template size on Photoshop.

Then using the logo and the house font I inputted the graphics.
I'm waiting approval from Mr Hawkins.

Starlight-To Do

1. Do the past production slides
2. Keep creating the programme (finish it by the last week of  Feb)
3. Order keyrings and magnets (finish the graphics for them)
4. Order and finalise FOH furniture
