• He has ordered 10x Chrome tables (Which I am going to dress)- these are hired

• Also he's ordered 20x bar stools which are brought. (They were £18 a piece)

• Bar is painted black and is being made (which I will also need to dress)

• Filament light bulbs will be hung above the bar

*I'm going to start mood boarding and getting ideas and sourcing ways to dress this to create the 'Starlight Lounge'

• Ask Mr Hawkins for the content for the programme
• Take the headshots (ensure the email has been sent)
• Ask Mr Hawkins for the Illustator/InDesign files to have the graphics off for the shows.
• Past production picture screens

• Follow up merchandise artwork
• Work on fire and evacuation procedure with Mr Hawkins next week

Programme Progress- 08/01/16

Today all pictures and titles were inputted on the final InDesign file and I finished the collage page. However the only image missing is one for the band so I will take on at the after school rehearsal Tuesday and input it.


I also created a poster for Mr Hawkins approval Monday:

Call to Hampshire Printers

I called Hampshire printers to receive a turn around time for the programme so we can have a more clear deadline- they are sending a follow up email in a few minutes. After Mr Hawkins request I also enquired and received quotes for A2 posters which once the art work is sent have a 24 hour turnaround.

• A thinner weighted poster = 72p per unit (24 hour turnaround) [the company can do posters from A4-A0]
• The boarded poster= £5.20 per unit (24 hour turnaround)
