Bugsy Malone-03/07/15-Before school, Study Lesson 1+2, Lessons 5+6

Before School: Ready for my pictures for the newspaper Monday I chose a random picture and noted what effects I'd used to achieve a vintage picture use on a modern day picture.

Lesson 1:
First of all for Mr Hancock I filmed some lighting to show Mrs de Lancy Green for when people get splurged, this also allowed me to fade the lights in and out. I suggested to Mrs de Lancy Green that the pulsing lighting should be used for the New York streets to look like cars.
Still lighting stake for splurge

Lesson 1 ,2, 5, 6:
I helped Scott to pain the flats, we started by projecting the brick render pattern on a 1/4 of the flats and with sharpie traced round them to then fill the bricks with a dark grey and to the white render we added some grey paint to dull down the optic white. Then with a thin paintbrush and black paint we painted on the brick outline.
Stencilling with the projection

Mixing the grey and white for the render

Starting to outline the bricks in black
After school we'd managed to paint the top white screen for the projections and most of the flats brickwork, by the end we didn't project the brickwork as we'd learnt to do it freehand.
