Meeting With Mr Hawkins- P6

To Do:

• Ask for the Spanish company to be approved (however look for other companies in the mean time)
• Joe needs to the logo for the visuals
• Posters and the costing are ok
• The keyrings aren't on the system but I need to send the full order to Andy
• I need to get the rest of the programme content from Mr Hawkins (we're working on the acknowledgments on Thursday, and he sent me the synopsis today).
• Increase the programme order from 600 to 800
• Due to recent sponsors the RM fencing logo needs to be in the programme however a poster will probably be made and hung with all our sponsors logos in front of house
• During the lesson on Thursday we will both also decide when to shoot the rest of the group shots: principals, band, techies and Electrics
