At the start of the lesson I annotated my mock ups.
Using The Programming Software
Using the mock ups I created last night, at first we had trouble using the software cause on my student user IT had blocked it. So I had to try and use Bit maps using media files, I did this by saving my Photoshop files as portable bit maps. After looking through 70 media folders we couldn't find them so Mr Hancock logged onto his system for me to use the programme with my jpegs to convert.
After we then programmed in the mock ups, we played around with transitioning them.
Mr Hancock and I concluded we'd only use the programme to format, mix and transition, all text and files will be made on Adobe, as it's a very clunky programme that needs large amounts of refining.
We also discussed how I'd create the splat of the splurge (the shape of the projection), on Illustrator, then we will import this into the programme to use as a mask so there's no bleed on the bricks.
Whilst also playing around with the text in the programme (which we're not using as there is only a limited amount of fonts) we saw how a black box across the picture is really effective, so I applied this concept to one of the NY skyline mocks.
Inspiration when adding text on the programme.
