Font Concepts
On the internet I researched different 1920s fonts, then I downloaded them onto my computer. In Illustrator I presented the different fonts, then next lesson I'll ask Mr Hawkins and Mrs de Lancy Green to comment on what ones they prefer and what they think they'd prefer to see in each scene, I will then record these on the presentation sheet.
'Charlie and Lola' Style Mock Ups
I took the BTEC camera and went round school looking for textures that I could layer to represent the skyline in this style.
Lesson 6: I uploaded the pictures to my account and printed some of the pictures. Then I went to art and started to create the skyline, using the pictures, some paper and scrap material, as I built up the layers the scene grew.

Next lesson I will talk to Mr Hawkins and Mrs de Lancy Green about the style, but I don't think it's dynamic or photorealistic enough. It also looks amateurish .
